Scrappey is an independent, developer-run web-scraping API. No VC playbook, no tiered sales motion — just the tool we wanted when we were trying to ship AI agents that actually reach modern websites.
Every other scraping API on the market is built around monthly subscriptions, credit multipliers, and plans gated by concurrency or proxy type. That model was built for data-engineering teams running fixed pipelines — not for AI agents that scrape in bursts, or for indie developers who ship, pause, and ship again.
Scrappey is the opposite: one rate per request, residential proxies always included, 200 concurrent on every plan, balance that never expires, and native drop-ins for MCP, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Claude Code and the CLI. Pay for what works. That's it.
Principles, not a pricing trick
The pricing model is a consequence of how we think the tool should work — not a growth hack bolted on afterwards.
Pay per success, not per seat
One rate per request. Failed scrapes are free. No monthly minimum, no per-seat licensing, no credit multipliers.
No lock-in by design
Balance never expires and there is no contract to exit. Top up, ship, pause, and come back months later — it is all still there.
Proxies are not an upsell
Residential proxies across 195+ countries are included in every request tier. No separate proxy bill, no premium pool gate.

Scrappey is based in the Netherlands (EU) and operates under EU data-protection law. A signable Data Processing Agreement is available for customers who process personal data through the API.
Publicly accessible data only
Scrappey is designed to fetch publicly accessible web content. We do not circumvent authentication walls and we do not retain scraped content beyond the response window needed to return it to you.
