Your Responsibilities

• Obtain proper authorization before scraping any website
• Comply with target website terms of service and robots.txt directives
• Comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Use scraped data responsibly and ethically
• Report any suspected abuse to [email protected]

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account
• Report violations to law enforcement if required

No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
